About BDC General Contracting

BDC General Contracting is a home renovation and general contracting company serving homeowners across the Niagara Region of Ontario, including St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Welland, Thorold, Grimsby, Fonthill, and Niagara-on-the-Lake. We handle kitchen and bathroom renovations, basement finishing, flooring, painting, drywall installation and repair, siding, decks and patios, and fences and railings.

Our work is for homeowners who want a renovation done right the first time — people who are tired of contractors who disappear mid-project, miss deadlines, or leave behind finishes that need to be fixed a year later. Whether you are updating a single room, preparing a home for sale, or adding usable living space downstairs, we treat every project with the same care.

BDC is owner-operated. The owner is on every job, from the first site visit and quote through demolition, construction, and the final walkthrough. That means one point of contact, straight answers, fair upfront pricing, and accountability for every detail. We build with materials and methods suited to Niagara's freeze-thaw climate, colour-match our work to your existing home, and keep job sites clean and organized.

Our goal is simple: fast turnaround, quality finishes that feel like they belong in your home, and no callbacks. Most of our work comes from referrals and repeat customers, and we intend to keep it that way.
